therabreath bears the return shipping cost for approved change-of-mind returns. We also bear the return shipping cost when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the shipment. When a return is approved, use the prepaid method or label we provide rather than arranging an unapproved shipment.

Items that are not eligible for a discretionary return

• Customized or personalized goods
• Clearance merchandise and items identified as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive products

Condition and inspection

Except where a quality or fulfillment issue is involved, return the product in the condition received with the packaging and order information reasonably available. We may inspect the parcel to verify that it matches the approved request.

Refund timing
